Psyllium Husk - this is NOT a necessary thing to have. It can be used if you feel like you need some extra fibre. If you aren't used to using psyllium husk, then it may make you feel bloated. So just have a quarter of the small container over a few days. This needs to be mixed with a glass of water and drunk quickly. You must drink lots of water after having the psyllium as it works by absorbing water in your belly, and dragging nasty things from inside
Bath soak - you can use this anytime, but at the end of Day 2 would be perfect. It will help to draw toxins from your skin
